Hello to everybody.
You will find us in a small
paradise in the Southern Crete, in a village called
Matala!
To get an idea I'll tell you a little about it..
Have you ever heard of the
caves of Matala which are a
document of ancient
history? But as well of the
"Flower power" of Sixties and
Seventies! Great musicians like Cat Stevens and Joni Mitchell have been here for
some time composing beautiful songs about the flair of the bay of Matala..

So as you see a place full of atmosphere is awaiting
for you and most importantly..
Plenty of sun, good food, very welcoming people and
we at DIE ZWEI BRUDER (The Two Brothers) to offer you nice, clean
rooms where you can get rid of your stress as well as rich breakfast and meals at the tavern "Manolis" on the beach.
The pension is set against the backdrop of the mountains. Although it's only two
minutes walk to the beach or to the village, the pension unique high placing
guarantees you peace whenever you want it.
On the top floor is a big terrace
where you can relax if you don't fancy the beach.
There are 20 double rooms with either two
single beds or a french bed, further we have a
triple room and an apartment for up to 5
persons.
All of them have their own bathroom, balcony
viewing the sea and telephone.
Air condition available upon request.
They are cleaned every day. For your personal
clothes there is a washing machine and a dryer.
We even have central heating if necessary!
